Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Nail Salon Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon. This includes managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless communication among team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Evaluate Performance: Regularly assess staff performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
  • Plan and Organize: Develop and implement plans to achieve business goals, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Establish Policies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet our service excellence standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Supervision: You will oversee a team of 3-4 staff members, guiding them to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring their well-being within the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Language: English fluency required.
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Work Style: On-site work; no remote options available.
