We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, BC.

About the Role

This is a critical role that supports the planning and coordination of administrative activities across our programs. You will oversee the daily operation of our offices, supervise clerical staff, and provide guidance on work performance. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate administrative support activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  2. Supervise clerical staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to improve work performance.
  3. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operating methods to streamline processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
  4. Monitor expenses, resource allocation, and budget preparation to ensure effective use of resources.
  5. Maintain facility maintenance, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a healthy and secure working environment.
  6. Execute project work, such as renovations and repairs, to maintain office facilities and equipment.
  7. Analyze and resolve issues related to administrative systems and procedures.
  8. Participate in recruitment, selection, and training of new staff members.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
