  • Receive and process freight requests from customers, underwriting department, and sales representatives.
  • Negotiate with carriers to obtain the best service at the best price.
  • Monitor transport movements and ensure all documents required for invoicing and proof of delivery are on hand.
  • Develop and maintain commercial links with transport companies.
  • Track all movements and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
  • Good knowledge of the territory (asset).
  • Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset).
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • 40 hours per week, flexible hours.
  • Salary varies from 50k to 65k depending on experience.
  • Insurance provided after 3 months' probation.
  • 2 to 3 weeks paid vacation, 10 sick days, and 3 personal days.
