About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Pavilion, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team providing exceptional care to residents in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

You will administer medications according to established protocols and guidelines, ensuring accurate dosing and timely administration. Additionally, you will operate within the scope of practice outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

This is a casual opportunity, meaning hours are not guaranteed, and shifts may vary. However, this role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of our residents. With regular opportunities for advancement, you can progress your career within Interior Health Authority.

The shift schedule will be rotational, covering days and nights from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am. You will work alongside a dedicated team, including a Recreational Program Coordinator and Rehabilitation Assistant, who provide supportive services to enhance residents' quality of life.
