We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AVOVE DEVELOPMENTS LTD. This role will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train and develop other team members
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
