Accounting Manager

The Real Estate Centre Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensure accuracy of financial transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Team Management: Train and supervise a team of 3-4 people, co-ordinate and assign work, and provide technical advice and guidance.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize software such as Caseware/Caseview, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting to manage financial data and operations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a permanent position and 35 hours of work per week.
Requirements: English language proficiency, strong computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
