Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Bag Production Machine Operator to join our team at POLYSON POLYETHYLENE PRODUCTS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic bag production machines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve equipment issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and make minor adjustments to machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the quality of produced materials, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Pack items for shipping and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Transportation and Safety: Familiarize yourself with our transportation options and ensure a safe working environment by wearing required personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed safety boots.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
