Key Responsibilities:
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired density.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to support the structure.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
- Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to prevent water damage and ensure longevity.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
