Floor Covering Installer Job Description at 10100432 Manitoba Ltd.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at 10100432 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality floor coverings that meet their needs and expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered to ensure accurate installation
* Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors
* Prepare and install hardwood floors to the highest standards
* Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure they meet our quality standards
* Prepare floors for installations by removing existing floor coverings and contaminants

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in floor covering installation
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Work Environment**

* Permanent position
* 35 hours per week
* Work Language: English
