Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Manager to join our team at GG FREIGHT SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
