About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional leader who can manage and deliver high-quality digital designs, from concept to customer delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional design teams, drive problem-solving, and define processes for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering products and services, collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Drive fact-based decision-making to resolve complex problems
  • Manage risk and change throughout the product lifecycle
  • Define and improve team and cross-functional engineering processes
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital design and verification, preferably in the industry
  • Strong understanding of integrated circuit design and verification principles
  • Familiarity with ASIC design methodologies, ATE production testing, and DFT insertion
  • Scripting skills in Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse design groups and customer support teams
  • Ability to navigate Linux environments and use relevant tools
