About the Role

At EightSix Network, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dining Room Care Manager to join our team. As a Dining Room Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and table services to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dining service to our residents, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Assist with training team members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Maintain the proper dining room setup, including table settings and decorations.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and themed dinners.
  • Monitor and maintain checklists to ensure the dining area is clean and ready for service.
  • Assist in conducting table top inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Work Permit required.
