Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Bari Medicine Professional Corporation.
Job SummaryThe Office Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team of administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and manage workload
- Organize and assign tasks to administrative staff, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Train and mentor new staff members on clinic policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit reports on clinic operations and performance
- Ensure the smooth operation of clinic equipment and facilities
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to staff
- Coordinate activities with other departments and work units
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- QuickBooks experience an asset
The Office Supervisor will work in a fast-paced medical clinic environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
