Job Title: Senior Care Associate - Residential Unit

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Care Associate to join our team at St. Paul Lutheran Home in Melville, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. You must also be able to work independently and have a valid driver's license, where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum level of functioning.
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
