Assistant Manager

This role supports the advancement of priorities within the Mental Health and Addictions Intake portfolio.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources. This involves working with the Provincial Manager and Clinical Practice Lead to implement initiatives that advance person-centered services.
This position requires a strong working knowledge of mental health and addictions care delivery systems. Experience in MHA and leadership skills are valuable assets.
The ideal candidate will have a commitment to quality improvement and customer service.
This is a permanent full-time position with 75 hours bi-weekly. Travel may be required.
Compensation is $38.78-$51.53 hourly. Eligible candidates may be offered a benefits package and pension plan.
