Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Leadership Tax Consultant to join our team at KPMG LLP. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, analyzing financial records, and providing business advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services:
    • Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide expert financial, business, and tax advice.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Supervise and mentor a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional results.
    • Train staff on the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Analyze complex financial records and documents to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Work Environment

This role is based in the United States and requires regular travel to client sites and meetings.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
