About the Role


As Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive sales strategy aligned with country-level objectives, ensuring regional operating plans meet defined targets.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to grow sales and profit, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team by selecting, training, coaching, and developing individuals.
  • Communicate the regional vision and objectives clearly, fostering collaboration and teamwork across divisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, hospital systems, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with country departments to ensure operational integrity and compliance with CRM business practices.
  • Provide accurate and timely regional forecasts, business reports, and updates to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements



  • Completed Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles, in Tachycardia/Bradycardia, Cardiac Surgery, and Cardiovascular product areas or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and over-plan performance.
  • Travel 50%.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year


We offer a competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications. This estimate is reflective of industry standards and expectations for this role in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Ontario.
