Speech Therapist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with school and program-based teams to support and promote student learning.
The successful candidate will provide services to students who have a wide range of communication disorders, including those with complex communication needs and students requiring Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). This will include assessment, programming, therapeutic interventions, and consultative services within a 3-tiered service delivery model.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide assessment, programming, and therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with school and program-based teams to support student learning
- Develop and implement individualized plans for students with complex communication needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
- Valid School Clinician Certificate (Speech-Language Pathology)
- Strong technology skills and ability to complete online reporting requirements

**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
