Procurement Specialist

Clean Line is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services.
In this role, you will develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased, negotiate offers from suppliers, review quotations, determine contract terms and conditions, and award contracts to appropriate parties.
You will also plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in business administration and management, with a focus on logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and MS Office, with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
A salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year is expected, depending on experience and qualifications.
Benefits include free parking and a permanent work term of 30-40 hours per week.
This position requires English language proficiency and may involve relocation.
