We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Store President to lead our team at SEVEN STAR CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our department store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
- Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive results.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Organized and able to work independently.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
- 35-40 hours per week.
