The BC Public Service Agency is seeking a skilled Land and Resource Specialist to join their team. As an integral member of the cross-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in implementing the provincial Collaborative Indigenous Stewardship Framework (CISF) program.

We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in natural resource management or planning, including experience managing multiple projects, leading project teams, and managing relationships with senior-level partners and stakeholders. Experience working with First Nations on resource management issues and knowledge of conflict and dispute resolution principles and practices are also highly desirable.

As a Licensed Science Officer 3, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to address strategic resource management challenges, with a strong emphasis on engagement and communication. You will work closely with the Section Head of CISF to develop and facilitate collaborative outreach initiatives, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities designed to build public and stakeholder participation in the CISF program.
