Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing Care Delivery
    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and individualized plans of care.
    • Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
    • Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Professional Development
    • Pursue ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to contribute to organizational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
