We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Banking Professional to join our team in Winnipeg. As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across the French and English-speaking markets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the success of our teams in Winnipeg. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on everyday banking matters, including account openings, password changes, and credit card inquiries.
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a call centre or phone-based customer service environment, with a strong track record of handling high-volume calls.
  • Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Digital literacy and experience with various software applications, including CRM systems.
