We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Establish work schedules, organize and maintain inventory, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Sell merchandise, manage returns, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
