About this Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ericsson as a Cloud RAN vDU Test Manager, where you will play a key role in defining the architecture and implementing the test strategy for New Radio (NR) on the Virtualized Digital Unit (vDU).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for NR on vDU, leveraging Cloud Native principles and DevOps infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lab configurations for integration and test.
  • Drive the development of a scalable and resilient product on a Cloud Native Platform, utilizing micro-services and containers.
  • Design and implement a test systematization and implementation for standalone and hybrid network environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements in Cloud Native infrastructure, 5G NR, and related areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a RAN Test Manager role, with a focus on Cloud Native product integration and test.
  • Strong knowledge of Wireless Communication systems and Cloud Native core design and test principles.
  • Critical thinking, innovative ideas, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-site team environment.
