Mathematics Instructor

The Golden Hills School Division is seeking a skilled Mathematics Instructor to join our team at the Golden Hills Learning Academy in Strathmore, Alberta. This full-time position is available from January 06, 2025, until June 30, 2025, and involves teaching Senior High Math. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching and developing online courses, which would be considered an asset.

As a Mathematics Instructor with Golden Hills School Division, you will be part of a flexible and adaptive learning environment where students can choose what, when, and how they want to learn. Our staff supports individual student and family choice, allowing students the independence and motivation to continue their education in a suitable environment.

We are looking for a qualified candidate who demonstrates strong 21st-century teaching skills, including learning design that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, inquiry, and the use of technology as a learning tool. The successful candidate will teach Senior High Math and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
