NMT TIRE PORT KELLS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, including implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A key aspect of this position is coordinating office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

This Administrative Manager will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, they will perform data entry, train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. They must be able to work independently, have excellent organizational skills, and be a team player.
