As an Insulation Supervisor at Bukhshi Insulation Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's insulation projects and ensuring their successful execution.



Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insulation work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and schedule activities effectively.



Main Responsibilities


  • Supervise Workers and Projects: You will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and overseeing the progress of insulation projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: You will need to coordinate and schedule activities with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Oversee Apprenticeship Training: You will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of apprentices working on insulation projects.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring new workers to join the insulation team.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: You will need to train new workers or arrange for them to receive training on insulation techniques and procedures.
  • Operate CADD and Other Computer Software Systems: You will need to operate computer-aided design (CADD) software and other computer systems used for insulation work.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: You will be responsible for estimating costs and materials required for insulation projects.
  • Maintain Health and Safety Regulations: You will need to ensure that all insulation projects are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: You will need to read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition or Order Materials: You will be responsible for requisitioning or ordering materials and equipment required for insulation projects.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:




  • 1 year to less than 2 years: You must have at least 1 year but less than 2 years of experience in insulation work.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
