Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform purchasing decisions
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
Benefits
