Key Responsibilities
- Provide legendary customer service and support to clients and internal business partners.
- Partner with internal business units to facilitate the processing of customer requests.
- Complete daily/weekly reporting within established service level agreements.
- Ensure the accuracy of all customer transactions.
- Participate in the implementation of projects and operational initiatives.
- Identify and assist in solving gaps where potential risk exists.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
