Adobe Solutions Lead

**Overview:**

Nexus Systems Group is seeking an experienced Adobe Solutions Lead to drive the next generation of our Digital Experience Platforms. As a key member of our Marketing Solutions team, you will be responsible for building and delivering various brand sites on AEM 6.5 cloud and on-prem, Adobe Target personalization & experience deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the build and implementation of digital experience solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and deployment of Adobe-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate new features and updates within the Adobe ecosystem to leverage the latest capabilities and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience through emerging technologies and trends within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Assess and optimize current digital experience workflows and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of development experience.
  • 8 + years' experience in Web Development technologies (Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, web services).
  • 3+ years' experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
  • Proven experience managing a development team.
  • Extensive experience with AEM 6.5.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining AEM components.
  • Experience with managing Apache configurations and rewrite rules.
  • Troubleshooting AEM package deployment problems.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Retail industry experience.
  • Adobe Experience Manager Certification.
  • Agile or Scrum certification (preferred).
