Physiotherapy Specialist

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at Lifemark - Active Physio Works in St. Albert, AB. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians who share your drive and passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta and experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations. Your excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others will enable you to effectively collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Develop and Execute Individualized Treatment Plans: Based on analysis and clinical reasoning, you will create and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Continuously Evaluate Client Progress: Regularly assess client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with Other Rehabilitation Professionals: Work closely with other clinicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Utilize E-Charting Software: Efficiently document treatment sessions and recommendations using electronic charting software.
- Manage Caseload: Effectively manage a diverse and stable caseload in a fast-paced environment.
