Job Title: Construction Project Manager

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
