Optical Specialist

FYidoctors is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Optician to join our team on a permanent basis at our practice in Williams Lake.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products, as well as providing exceptional patient care and follow-up services. With a minimum of one year of previous optical experience, you will be able to educate clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle and assist with the selection of frames to suit their aesthetic and performance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience
- Assisting with the selection of eyewear products and providing recommendations based on client needs
- Performing repairs and adjustments to patients' eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals and achieving targets
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in an optical environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
