Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to prospect and develop new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end-users.
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
  • You will dynamically showcase our products and services in a convincing and engaging manner.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by working diligently to meet and exceed targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering tailored solutions.

About You:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
