Job Title: Administrative Processes Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Processes Specialist to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing needs, designing, and implementing professional techniques in administrative methods and systems to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand without overstocking, utilizing reorder points.
  • Oversee the storage and organization of inventory, ensuring it is stored in a manner that maintains its quality and accessibility.
  • Compile and maintain inventory of CBHSSJB equipment, software licenses, and Warranties.
  • Implement safety and cleanliness standards in the storage and inventory tracking procedures to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Establish workflow, process, and procedure to follow the lifecycle of IT equipment and provide support related to the monitoring of the entire lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to retire or replace outdated assets.
  • Coordinate cycle and regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy of records and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement and prepare and present regular inventory reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience in inventory management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Language:

Fluent in English; fluency in Cree and/or French is an asset.
