About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including psychiatric conditions and other related issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or a related field.
  • Current licensure or certification as a psychologist in the province of practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical psychology, preferably in a hospital or mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
