Lifemark Neurologic Physiotherapy invites experienced Massage Therapists to join our dynamic team and take their skills to the next level. Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy paid vacation and wellness days, mentorship and support for new graduates, up to $1,500 yearly education allowance, Shoppers Drug Mart 30% employee discount, and an employee share ownership plan.

Job Description

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will use your superior technique to provide hands-on manipulation to the body's tissues, helping to decrease pain and improve mobility. You'll create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic.

You'll utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations, managing a fast-paced caseload while maintaining exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset.
  • 1-5 years of experience required.
  • An interest in a treatment-based approach and complex injuries.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
