Landscape Labourer Job Description

HML Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, applying fertilizers, repairing and maintaining equipment, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy and visually appealing landscape.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
