Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of staffing and consulting services. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects, including process re-engineering, system integration, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies for digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online and on-premises environments)
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and achieving business outcomes
  • Strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365, including online and on-premises environments
  • Expertise in designing security models and performing out-of-the-box configurations
  • Proficiency in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, and CRM SDK
  • Experience with system integrations using middleware tools, APIs, and SSIS packages
  • Familiarity with Agile software development life cycle (SDLC)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
