About the Role:

This senior permanent position within our Ground Transportation Canada IT Department is responsible for planning, project management, coordination, and functional support of all GTS Canada domains primarily in the area of SAP Project Systems and Finance. The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for SAP areas such as Project Systems, Finance, Controlling, RAR, Concur, and CATS modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and maintain the entire SAP Project Systems and Finance portfolio.
  • Oversight of the enhancement and maintenance of PS, FICO, RAR, Concur, and Time modules in GTS Canada's ERP footprint - SAP ECC EHP 8.
  • Support Primavera integration with SAP.
  • Support Concur integration with SAP.
  • Support Vertex or other Tax Solution with SAP.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate project and functional/technical support activities.
  • Act as Project Manager on projects/initiatives related to SAP or relevant applications through their entire lifecycle.
  • Interact with internal team members, outsourced partners, and managed service partner's delivery manager to ensure quality of service (QoS).
  • Supervise system configuration in the PS and FICO and related modules by external service providers.
  • Respond to Help Desk requests by reviewing and resolving assigned tickets based on priority in a reasonable time.
  • Interact with Business Analysts and customers to identify and document requirements that will be used to produce systems requirements documentation.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS/FICO consultant with a minimum of 8 years' experience. Key requirements include familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 functionality, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Financial Management, and experience in supervising service delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP Certification in the PS module is highly desired.
  • Functional experience working with business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Automated/collaborative testing systems such as HP QC, ALM, Panaya, Solution Manager.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
