Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and functional ability
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in case conferences and case management to optimize client outcomes
- Supervise Occupational Therapy students and contribute to the development of our team's clinical expertise
