Job Description

The Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are met in food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Establishing work schedules that meet business needs while accommodating staff availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • College-level education or equivalent experience in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • A deep understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols, with a commitment to upholding industry standards.
