Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Petroleum Sales Associate to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. As a Petroleum Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, managing store operations, and performing various sales and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assist with sales and merchandising initiatives, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining visual displays.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, count, and record inventory shipments, as well as maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification and any other relevant certifications.
