Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of hotel facilities.
  • Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for housekeeping operations.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Permanent work term and 32-40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
