Mucho Burrito is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires approximately 35-40 hours of work per week. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Finance: You will be responsible for balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves working under pressure, with attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar position. You should also have a solid understanding of budgeting and finance, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Salary and Benefits
