Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Montana's Newmarket is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
