We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Audiologist or HIS - Clinician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with clinicians, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and technology.


A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with clinicians across Ontario to share best practices and learn from each other
  • Stay current with cutting-edge industry techniques and technology
  • Support patient relationships from initial consultation to successful resolution of hearing challenges
  • Conduct comprehensive test batteries and provide counseling and dispensing of hearing aids
  • Opportunity to conduct ongoing research and contribute to the growth and development of our organization


What We're Looking For:

  • Masters Degree in Audiology
  • Licensed by CASLPO/AHIP as well as ADP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and counsel according to their specific needs
  • Analytical and attention to detail, with strong follow-through skills
  • Caring and compassionate customer approach, with patience and listening skills
  • Persuasive skills to influence outcomes
  • Accountability and ownership, with a results-oriented approach
  • Adaptable and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
