Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Flocor Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to existing and new clients.
  • Show and describe goods or services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments and provide information about advertised products.
  • Record customers' orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial or trade show setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
