About the Role

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Project Management and Sales Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Organization: Organize projects as directed by Project Managers and Account Managers, maintaining an efficient workflow to ensure timely execution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to Project Managers and Account Managers on ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Project Invoicing: Collaborate with Project Administrators to coordinate project invoicing and billing from start to completion.
  • Customer Support: Coordinate RMA requests, ensure timely shipping, and provide tracking information to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Liaise with other departments and branches to obtain inventory or order holds, ensuring product delivery meets project requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of prior project coordination experience
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
