Project Coordinator

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Project Management and Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Organization: Organize projects as directed by Project Managers and Account Managers, maintaining an efficient workflow to ensure timely execution.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to Project Managers and Account Managers on ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Project Invoicing: Collaborate with Project Administrators to coordinate project invoicing and billing from start to completion.
- Customer Support: Coordinate RMA requests, ensure timely shipping, and provide tracking information to customers.
- Inventory Management: Liaise with other departments and branches to obtain inventory or order holds, ensuring product delivery meets project requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of prior project coordination experience
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
